Because it's synthetically sized, it contains no animal gelatin. Developed for use with metallic, pearlescent, iridescent, and interference watercolor paints, Stonehenge Aqua Cold Press Black Watercolor Paper also welcomes gouache, acrylics, colored pencils, watercolor pencils, pigment sticks, pastels, pens, markers, gel pens, and alcohol inks.
