Available in a range of styles, colors and widths, the Caravaggio collection is prepared with a layer of clear-primer, and three layers of universal primer. The universal-primed surface is suitable for both oils and acrylics. All types are available in 210mm/84inch widths in 5 & 10 meter rolls. Caravaggio Series 502 Primed Artists Canvas is an artist quality 100% cotton canvas, with a medium grain and is 330 GSM / 11 Oz thick. The 100% Cotton fabric is double primed with a universal primer, making it ideal for oil, acrylic, tempera & mixed media painting. The medium texture surface is ideal for all techniques with brush & heavier applications with painting knives. It has excellent strength and a traditional grain for every type of painting.
