The amount would be refunded within 7-10 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday) from the date of cancellation.
Please Note: Check your bank statement thoroughly to make sure that you have received your refund amount.
Returns/Replacements
We also provide all our customers with an option to replacement the product/ products in case the product is damaged in transit.
• Kindly make a video when you receive your order from start to end, otherwise we will not be able to give you any resolution or replacement.
• For any issues, please inform us on the same day of delivery. We will be able to process the exchange/ missing product request within 24 hours of the delivery.
• Unfortunately no exchanges will be processed without a video

Please Note: We provide a 1 Day Return policy for our customers if they receive a different product from the ordered item.
Order Cancellation
We provide you with an option of cancellations under the following circumstances:
If you wish to cancel your order, kindly do so within 24 hours of placing the order. After this window, we will unfortunately not be able to process your request.
Orders placed during a sale/discounted items will not be cancelled.
