Toned Mixed Media pad is a gummed pad with fifteen sheets of 300gsm heavyweight ‘hybrid’ paper. This versatile paper combines the strength of watercolor paper with the finish of a drawing paper. It is suitable for all wet and dry media. Because the paper is available in two mid-tone colors “Tan and Grey" it is especially suitable for use with hard pastels, chalk and watercolor, where both highlights and lowlights can be applied. The paper is 100% recycled, acid-free and artist-quality.

Watercolor is a transparent color, the paper surface greatly affects the color application. Therefore, the paper is particularly important when painting with watercolor.
